Came home from buying stuff. Saw it acting strangely outside of the door rolling all over. Tolled the landlord Animal Control took it from there. It was knocked silly by the door.

Poor thing. I hope they were able to help it. When I took my dog to the vet once, I did see someone drop off a wild bird so perhaps something similar happened here.

Blue jays are corvids, so they’re usually clever enough to not get caught. Here’s footage of a crow doing the same thing.
