Even if you didn’t like the episode maybe you can still appreciate good artwork…

Every OC, if it’s not a completely new original content character that has no ties to any existing content (like for example MLP) is based on some othe character.
I don’t know anything about these OCs here but if you can’t bare to look at them I would strongly advise you to follow the advice @Zharkaer gave you. It’s better for everyone involved.

Personally, people can like their oc however they look.
but start making them based on other characters… thats gone too far.

Yeeah.
I will say I’m not a huge Glimmer fan either. I prefer Sunset.
But oh well. I just said to myself “pony is pony” and i still enjoyed the episodes. Plus the first one was more centered around Celestia and Twilight anyway.

I just don’t really get why THEY still need team building exercises. After all the shit they overcame together you’d think they’re already a pretty good team.
Eh, personally, I felt the mane six’s subplot in All Bottled Up was great. They weren’t really doing anything important, just enjoying themselves, and I think it was a really sweet moment.

If there is a Zelda game without Link and you can’t accept that: don’t buy it.
You can do the same with MLP. If there’s an episode with Starlight in the main spotlight and you can’t accept that: don’t watch it.
As was already pointed out multiple times here there will still be a good bunch of episodes focusing on the M6. None of the upcomming episodes seem to focus on Glimmer. So you should be good for a while.
But Starlight is a major character now. No amout of complaining will stop that. You can either come to terms with it or try and avoid it.
