The color depends on the crystal, and choosing the crystal is an intensely personal process with much variation in sabers.
Also, Knight is just a rank, you’re thinking of specializations. Guardians for instance typically have a blue saber, Sentinel is often yellow, and Consular is often Green. Judging by the color, Shimmer is a Guardian, highly focused melee combatant relying primarily on saber skills over force-powers.
Isn’t your light saber a different color?
