The problem wasn’t that I couldn’t find it, it was that I couldn’t find the words at a high enough resolution to look good. I didn’t want something all pixelated and artifacty.
I don’t see how you didn’t know what it was, Olive Drab is literally the first camo of the game, and a quick Google of MGS Olive drab gave me that screen. Also, it’s literally just Olive Green!
