I know what it means. I was referring to its ephemerality, since anarchy lasts a short moment before someone new takes over.
Etymologically, “anarchy” means “no authority”. Starlight’s dystopia was more totalitarian in nature.
Anarchy itself is an oxymoron IMHO.
