One of the reasons it’s my favorite is because the series explains exactly why Taiga is such a bitch tsundere, something many anime forget to do, especially since the tsundere girl is such a popular character.
 
Taiga is angry and violent partially because she hates her small, flat-chested body (this, combined with her very young, cute face, has drawn many comparisons between her and a doll), partially because she has little to no social skills (mother and father are both crazy-rich, but didn’t actually care a whole lot about their daughter, so she moved out…by herself.).

ToraDora! is probably my favorite romance anime of all time. I don’t watch a whole lot of anime, let alone watch a series twice, but this is one series I’ve watched multiple times.
 
The other series I watched multiple times is Kill la Kill. Not sure what genre to put that in (“action” sounds so vague), but it’s also an excellent anime.
