Well it’s not really touching the crotch, it’s just the perspective messing with things. It’d have been at a slight angle if it was. Look at where the leg impacts the… uh… leg. It’s further away.
Well I just realized that Anthro twilight has a blush, I also noticed where the hoof that isint tickling is directly on her crotch, wouldent take much to make a more lewd edit, though it is already Lewd all things considered.
And stop the slipper talk, that’s not important here.

Ahh, I wasn’t sure, but I can see how that’s a belt buckle now, although there wasn’t enough definition to it to make it out originally. And I like the idea that Celly is nearby, either watching and laughing at human!Twiley’s ticklish plight, egging pony!Twiley on, or getting the whole thing on video. :P

It’s her belt buckle, that golden shape. And… well, I suppose we could explain this away by this not being quite all of the picture, so it IS Celestia’s slipper… But in the original, it was supposed to just be her slippers. So there you have it, the intended canon.
And yes, those two slippers in the foreground do appear to be quite different…and also you may notice, the one in the bottom left corner has a sun design like Celestia’s cutiemark. It’s not Twiley’s slipper! ;)
Last thing - that yellow shape in the middle of the picture, isn’t that supposed to be part of Twiley’s wing? :)
Those two on the bed are slippers, one’s just turned on its side. And just out of curiosity, is PonyTwi supposed to have those stockings after all?
Oh, and not to drown you in criticism, but you forgot the blush. That’s what makes AnthroTwi look so plain.
It was hard for me to make out what that was. That was a slipper back there?
No sure about PonyTwi’s stockings, that said. And are Twi’s slippers different?..
