Oh yes. Although I’ve seen people stupidly round up 0.444444444444446 to 1, by applying the rule to each decimal digit in turn. xD
yea that is true. but pure mathmatically i mean.
Depends. Sometimes, it can be advantageous to only round everything up.
For instance, if you want to add up for instance the price of your shopping in the supermarket, always round up. It’s better to estimate too high a total than come up short.

you round down from 0-4 and up from 5-9
