Is molybdenum the answer to life, the universe and everything? No, but some bacteria have it in their enzymes to fixate atmospheric nitrogen for plants and higher organisms.
 
I also forgot to mention on the previous element that all observationally stable isotopes from Nb-93 are theoretically liable to spontaneous fission and hence radioactive - though this is a ludicrous idea.

Important note: Molybdenum is a Greek word for lead (element), which in turn is plumbum in Latin (though lead itself is a more different element).
