It’s not exactly like that, really.
 
I mean, Slaanesh makes everything depraved, even hypersonic soundwaves. His goal is to derive pleasure from everything. Khorne just wants to kill everyone (the more the merrier, skulls for the skull throne etc). Nurgle wants to infest everything and roll around in filth… yuck. And Tzeentch… well, Tzeentch is a mastermind. if anything, he just makes the Wh40k narrative move on, and even if he loses (like he almost lost the Thousand Sons’ chapter), he’ll shrug it off and go “just as planned” as he hatches another plan to get a replacement.
 
In this context, all that is obviously very dimmed/smoothened. So I don’t see why AJ can’t be a Khorne-worshipper. It would just mean rougher sex (I’d imagine).
