This is a fan game. They spent time and effort making it accurate to the show and they don’t really owe anything to people who can’t get over it.

I have to wonder how they are planning on making Rarity a capable fighter in this and how much they need to keep Twilight’s powers down so that she’s not totally OP.
Who ever made that law in the USA was really stupid.
developer is japanese, their own law protects “doujin works”, hell, they even encourage it.
Plus, the only reason why hasbro C&D stuff made in usa is because that bullshit copyright law that says “if someone makes something with your IP, even if no profit, you lose that IP”.
