Her nightmare consisted of getting a janitor cutie mark instead of her singing blossoming into her special talent, at which she screams in horror. The show implies that it’s terrible to have to spend your life doing it, but people like janitors are necessary to keep the world running, and some people find it to be a fulfilling job.
 
Then you have a certificate saying he was janitor of the month for September 2001. I don’t know if Weaver is implying there was an analogous event in Equestria, or maybe he just prefers drawing ponies over humans, but the date implicates the September 11th WTC attack. The pony watching TV played a major role in cleaning up a terrible disaster, and now he sees his entire career field being implicitly called a nightmare.

This show is offensive to exterminators, cleaning staff and dolphins.

I’m definitely missing something here.
