Well, considering that drawponies was already crediting terminuslucis last year, as seen here, i would suggest crediting terminuslucis in all images.

So, who gets the tag? artist:terminuslucis (Who’s the artist, but doesn’t have the art uploaded on their account), or artist:rated-r-ponystar (Who isn’t the official artist, but has source links that go directly to their page and is connected to the original source material)?

Nope. Apparently, from what i could gather, drawponies was not even the artist of this comic. the actual artist was terminuslucis/Grey and Rated-R-Ponystar was the commissioner and writer. they hosted the comic in drawponies’ DA account so it could get more attention.
Before starting to uploading the comic, Rated-R-Ponystar’s account had scarcely any images (that’s why he doesn’t has an artist tag here), and those that were there were all drawn by other people. and Terminuslucis doesn’t usually draw pony, so she also doesn’t have a artist tag here. probably, nobody even thought in checking in RRP’s account after Adapting to Night was taken off Drawponies’ account. to quote:

Yeah, I did miss that part. So, they may not be helping Berry or Pinchy at all in that way. I’ll just wait to see where the comic goes in this case.
I see you missed the part about the cult cutting members off from their families.
In other words, Berry Punch is probably still neglecting Berry Pinch thanks to this cult.

This is a story about Vinyl being a vampire. Years of watching TV have teached me that religious cults in vampire story are a very, very, very bad thing.
Of course, they could be totally nice guys who really only want to help ponies and inspire others to lead a better live. Now that would be a unexpected twist.
All cults and sects present a wholesome image to the outside world to match the ideals they claim to represent and lure in new members. They’re never as rosy on the inside, but the peer pressure forces everybody to keep pretending or be ostracised. This applies to every single closed religious community to a greater or lesser degree, with worst cases being veritable prisons to their members.
Going off what little I know of this comic, the “Cult” doesn’t seem much unlike any other Christian group. If it’s something that shies away from theft, lying, fornication and adultery, covetousness, etc… I really don’t see what’s so “Wrong” about it. But for all I know they could end up being a suicide cult.
