I believe she actually believed in equalism philosophy, in theory, and was just raging. Fluttershy has done this rage before too.
Or make them easier to control. The communism comparison really works in that those tyrants also used the idea of absolute equality to just make everyone equally subservient. They had similar justifications.
And she gets very furious when someone disagrees with her.
Naw, she seemed to believe in what she was selling. Right or wrong she believed forcing everyone to be equal would be best for them.
