I prefer freshly cracked pepper corn, some sea salt, a bit of onion powder and just a TAD of Worcestershire sauce. Serve with Monteray Jack cheese, leafy green lettuce and a slice tomato and rather than ketchup, just take a nice ripe avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit and scoop it out into a bowl, smash it, add two tablespoons of lime juice, a quarter teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of onion powder, a DASH, of granulated garlic, and from the spice company “Frontier” I use a quarter teaspoon of chipotle powder and a quarter teaspoon of their Mexican Fiesta blends. Mix well, and put one fourth of the mixture on each of the top and bottom of two burger buns. Toast the buns first though cause that rocks. Also add some pickles too if you like though not necessary.
