Honestly, to me the line indicated that she has indeed learned that lesson.
But I’ve already seen folks put emphasis on the words “me” and “my” in the line when Twilight put no such emphasis on the line herself.

That would be more evidence they have no idea what to do with her, because she’s learned that particular lesson more times than Fluttershy has had to conquer fear.
