I think it has to do with the perceived ratio of Mean-spiritedness to Confusion.  
The others are mostly baffling, whereas this one tips over into being mostly mean because there’s a group gloating over her.

I think it’s because she’s stuck in a jar and the person who put her in there (He’s probably just teasing her and is not really trying to hurt or emotionally and psychologically scar her, but I’m not ruling anything out.) is just taunting her. Of course, due to her weird, almost babylike mentality here, (Strangely similar to that of a fluffy pony.) she is not taking the “abuse” too well.

Erm, I don’t get it. Are these versions of chubby ponies basically fluffy ponies, just fatter and without the extreme fluff?
