Its actually her right leg, crossing to the left.
Some people do in fact know how to draw feet.
Y’know, funny thing about this is, when I first saw this, I didn’t recognize Derpy/Ditzy at first, because her eyes are normal in this one. (To be fair sometimes her eyes were normal in the show.)
