For transparency, I fixed this gif and the image was updated without changing the link. You can still find the old gif in the deviantart source if needed.  
Here’s what was changed:  
  • Cleaned up most of the compression artifacts causing unintentional color flickering in the background like this  
  • Removed duplicate frames and optimized image for a ~33% reduction in file size  
  • Corrected frame labels for greater compatibility - it should work on all platforms without the gif glitching out (the original breaks badly in Discord)  
  • Smoothed out the slightly uneven frame rate during the horn flop loop at the end. The unevenness was random rather than synced to the animation loop, so it was likely caused by software rather than intentional by the artist.
     
    Also I pulled out this frame and removed the horn because it’s heckin cute:

The more I look I this, the more I’m actually surprised about how cute (instead of uncanny valley-esque) are the part pony - part humanoid faces this artist draws.
