They are background ponies. The fandom just gave them false fan made personalities. You don’t hear people who watch a movie and see a guy running in the background and instantly say oh he must be a racer since he is running and he must love eating this type of snacks because he is running. The show and its creators is what gives certain characters personalities not a fandom. Otherwise so many shows would of been turned to shit.
They were complete blank slates. We gave them character.

If the show can progress tha njsut showing memes with lack of a good story then it’s a problem and getting excited is one thing but screaming the name at the top of their lungs during the show is annoying. As for the pairings of them two their pairing makes no sense whatsoever. You them sitting together once and just like a fandom “Oh they must live together.” Or how when lyra is sitting up here comes the fandom “She must like humans if she is sitting up like that.”
Then your problem is with fans, not the show.

When memes start becoming part of the show aswell as that annoying bubble pony it gets invaded. As soon as hasbro heard what bronies like more on the show they exploit it just to get em to buy their toys and stuff.
You’re confusing theories based off vague info with estimations based off obscure info. For example, we knew what Discord looked like before he was actually revealed. Later, approximations in fan art were proven true except for his coat colour. What they used was the colour of his stain-glass form.
How can fan speculation do that? Episodes are made long before info on them is released (outside of special viewings like the animatics).
