More like magic, lest we forget that de-marked Applejack in The Cutie Map was closer to spraining an ankle than to breaking down Starlight Glimmer’s door before she got her mark back. Bone and muscle density would’ve dictated that a lack of magic wouldn’t have mattered there.

and alternating whether or not humans should be immune/resistant to magic or able to absorb but not generate it.

I myself like to think that even the biggest marshmallow in Equesrria doesn’t weigh a straw more than 30kg. A somewhat fit Anon can lift and hold that weight for a good while, no problem. I know I can.
