We’ve been over this before, mage. There’s a certain point at which headcanon becomes canon. That point is generally somewhere around the time Applejack is shown kicking down an oak tree without breaking a sweat.
If you mean the strength thing, well, Mysterious Mare-Do-Well episode, the Iron Pony episode and I think you’ll find it hard to argue that AJ isn’t the physically strongest of the Mane 6 :p

Only the ass is fat, and that’s a good thing.
Sundown’s AJ is riddled with them; you can see some on her right cheek, above her eyebrow, and just under her eye. Even Rarity has a massive burn scar on her back you can see poking out the top of her shirt.
But AJ could easily lose lil’ Rarity.
