I would think that would be ‘Type’. Weird wording.

Teamwork is an example of a Keyword.
Earth Pony is an example of a Trait.
Harshwhinny grants that ability to all Earth Ponies next to her.
“Traits” are what MLP:CCG calls subtypes. In this case, Harshwhinny’s Teamwork ability applies to other Earth Ponies.
I’m a bit confused on how Teamwork works. Doesn’t Harshwhinny need to share a trait with them for Teamwork to work?
Unless the Orange card had Teamwork as well, she wouldn’t meet the requirements, since Harshwhinny has no other traits of her own.
Unless you add some to her with a resource.

Yes, but thanks to Teamwork, she doesn’t have to do it herself, she can get Apple Cobbler; Applejack, Plant Leader; Applejack, Farm Foremare; Big Mac, Immense Apple; or Golden Harvest to do it instead.
Except Harshwhinny has to exhaust herself. Only Hard Hat (Grants Stubborn) would help with that.
