And let’s bring everything onto this SUPPOSED penis, shall we? We have a picture that we claim is explicit, has no aforementioned penis or any genitals within the picture, and has a foal gripping said SUPPOSED penis.
 
Let’s go the safe way and say that the picture is safe. This would then require 90% of Derpiboo.ru users to then grasp the concept of a refueling line, which I honestly don’t think qould take them more than three hours, but 4Chan users surprised me when it took them 2 days to understand and grasp the concept of different alphabet characters in other languages. If we go this path, I do hope most of the users have the INT score of at least 10. Oh, and a new tag would most-likely be needed. Like, Refueling Line, or something.
 
Let’s go the explicit path and say it;s explicit since, here on Derpiboo.ru, almost everything that is questionable is about 2 steps away from full on porn. If we did this, we would need to add a new tag anyway for a plane pony penis, since obviously this picture isn’t safe to be considered safe. Then, we need to add the foalcon tag, since this little filly seems to be quite intent on holding onto that refueling line.
