Yeah, real horses & ponies are quite bitey.
We were on a hiking trip in Montana, and we came across two horses that someone had left. My mom gave me a carrot and let me feed the horse. I stuck my hand out, and I guess the carrot was too far back, because the horse started gnawing on my fingers. I’m lucky they were all still intact.
It’s a nice touch that her eyes blink separately rather than together.
