Actually, in SSB, isn’t Sonic faster then Falcon?
Also, “Andy Summer” I think is only canon in the “F-Zero: GP Legend” anime, which actually changed alot of the canon from the game including the backgrounds/personalities of characters in the game. So it’s basically a different canon from the games, and I don’t think it was ever stated what his real identity in the game canon.

In fact, Octoman & Bio Rex weren’t bad guys originally, but they made him, and some others ones in the anime’.

My opinion Sonic gets dusted, Captain Falcon Real Name Andy Summer bearly losses, while rainbow dash looks at him in complete amazement knowing she could have very well likely lost easily.
