Though, two odd, childlike, talking creatures took heart at my confused predicament, claiming that someone named Star Swirl and the Sisters Castle had something to do with my sudden “appearance”. . .

She’s from the future. Spike and Sweetie Belle’s children are important.
She was probably altered in the process so the end result is pretty much the same as what you got… apart from the trauma I guess.
but this girl looks like the perfect offspring of Spike and SB, how you explain that?
In the comics Star Swirl and Celestia go world-hopping, so it’s probably some remnant from that time that brought this girl over.

Well for one, she’s pretty much a mammal like reptile now. {Half mammal, half dragon}
Two: The teenage dragons had more anthropomorphic features, and I’d wager that female dragons have a more lithe form then males.

Dragons are totally humanoid. She has the same overall body structure as Garble.
This has potential. Looking for more.
No vulva visible, but perhaps a bit of areola, which would require questionable if that’s the case.
If there were vulva, artistic nudity or not, that would be explicit.
