Meh. The old Molestia continuing would have been nice, but real folding would have been acting like Celestia had always been normal; or not bring her back to begin with; or just quitting the fandom entirely. Instead he makes a reference to Molestia’s old molestation just two updates later.
It looks to me like just normal surprise and concern at seeing her there.
He already did. The button Luna references is something that happened just before APM went down.
Also, I was hoping for DWM drama over her return, though it’s pretty obvious that she’s not “Molly” anymore. I do hope we find out why Fausticorn had that expression when she found her, though.

Something to do with being adrift for eons with her mom. Which she’s had weird kind of cagey reactions to in previous meetings.
I don’t know. I’m especially curious as to how Twilight will take her teacher (and lover’s) return. In fact, what has Twilight been doing the whole time Molly’s been away? Does she even know about all of this yet?
