I could be mistaken but Rarity’s choice of tools looks like a 1980s HK PSG1, presumably with some kind of very expensive German or Austrian optical sight on top. I suppose that’s plausibly in character for her–extremely expensive, collectors’ item, very few got imported into the US, reliable, powerful, extremely precise. She wants the very best and money is no object. And she’s willing to pay the Teutonic Gnome Magic premium that you pay for HK products. Oh, and she’d rather fight from a distance, rather than try her luck in close quarters biting distance–which is quite logical when you’re talking about zombies.

Actually, it is mentioned in the original image (the deviation description, that is) that Twilight’s magic is heavily limited and that she has the handicaps in place to prevent her from being overpowered.
