A friend of my tried to get me into Doctor Who during the holidays and well, he succeeds in that. I just finished watching the season 1 finale, so it’s pretty funny to see this pop up now.

There’s also a rainbow shimmer on the rope where her friends should be and when the thread shimmers at the end, the M6’s colors are in the shimmer

The thing is, that while it could work in this scene rainbows are kinda plastered all over the place in Equestria (though not as much as heart patterns).

you know how in dr who the episodes leading up to the “bad wolf” episode had little bits and places where the words bad wolf would appear? I’m pretty sure this is what the OP had in mind
