Do keep in mind, though, that court jesters played an important role in the medieval court. They weren’t just clowns or entertainers, they also were the only ones who were allowed to “speak truth to power” and break bad news to the sovereign. It is specifically because they weren’t expected to follow the same decorum as the courtiers that they were allowed to fulfill that important role.

Luna seems oddly taller then she normally is.

That could be interesting. One of my early head-canons was “Luna the teenage goddess”: nearly as all-powerful as her older sister, but not quite the adult Celestia is. Putting Luna in charge of all of the heavens for a day might be interesting, especially if she’s not quite up for the job. It’d be a little alarming (as in, the world looking like it’s coming to an end) to all the little ponies, though.

I know it sucks, I wish he was a knight since you know he’s been shown to be one. But what gets to me is the fact that in comic-verse he was shown to save Canterlot and how do they repay him…by making three little girls that destroyed a fair with fireworks (a lot of them) princess while the only dragon in equestria who has saved Canterlot and the crystal empire is made the jester. Oh and the fact he was most likely raised by Celestria to doesn’t help this cover either.
