I do agree that Insanity sauce doesn’t have have good flavor. Because of that I find it’s far better for cooking than as a condiment.

I’m looking for a hot sauce around 3-5mil units that has far more heat than flavor so I can mix together with the less hot scorpion pepper hot sauce  
Problem is they seem really, really expensive.. also gotta be careful when it says “x units extract” cause usually that’s how much heat the extract they add to it ALONG with the other peppers/vinegar and it’s really, REALLY misleading
 
Yeah, insanity is rated 180k IIRC, ultimate insanity is 250k (but the insanity doesn’t taste very good), scorpion I have no idea and it’d be a completely guess but like… 300k? Idk lol… and ghost pepper is rated 650k (but ghost pepper also doesn’t taste as good but goes together better with a few things better than scorpion… but for the most part, not as good)
 
It might be better just to add more of that ghost pepper one. Thing is if you add too much it just makes the food not taste very good… same with scorpion, tastes kinda salty and just completely overpowers the flavor if you add excessive amounts  
But I can get it pretty hot with the stuff I have right now.. added like 50+ drops of ghost pepper plus like 3 tsps of scorpion to a small bit of rice curry I had lol. Gave me a nice strong burn in my mouth and throat and a little burn in my stomach, ah yeah  
But it made my heart feel fluttery and skipped a few beats… gah, I guess that’s just going to happen lawl.. it wasn’t completely enjoyable overall but I think that’s because it wasn’t quite hot enough.. you know, I wanna get to the point where I’m begging it to stop hehe. Man, that kinda turns me on a little just thinking about it
 
weird so I’m spoiling: I also like putting it up my butt hehe… I just put like 3 to 5 drops of that ghost pepper stuff up there and damn did that feel good.. I’ll try like 10 drops next time.. I also like putting it on genitals but I’ve been trying not to do that lately… pretty much anywhere I get a strong burn I like… well except the nose… and eyes… and I haven’t tried ears but if that got stuck inside there I have a feeling that could be bad

The most potent sauce I’ve had is Insanity Sauce, which is weaker than what you’ve had but still very hot(It’s somewhere between 150,000 and 200,000 SHU). The first time I tried it I put dotted lines of it on a couple of Hot Pockets. I took a slight taste of it and noticed how intense it was. Then I looked at the Hot Pockets. I ate them and drank milk with them(Which didn’t really work). What was funny was that my lips burned for a long while afterward, I couldn’t help but laugh.

So um… I just had like almost 2 tsps of that ghost pepper stuff in a few minutes time-span with a small burrito along with a little of the scorpion
 
Um… this is basically what happened.. after I took my last bite my heart palpitated a few seconds after… just once or twice and then I had the feeling like it was gonna happen again but that faded in like under 5 minutes… I also started shaking (instead of just shivering) well… basically shivering more violently… the shivering feeling feels really good but not so much shaking… I also got this big wave of tiredness that just hit all at once and repeated a few times… and the burn was actually kind of intense even for me and that’s without anything warm!  
What’s weird is the pain hadn’t even really started much, yet, after the last bite, my heart palpitated… so it doesn’t seem to be caused by pain it’s more due to some reaction with the hot sauce… I would say it’s a fluke but this has happened before after large consumptions of the ghost pepper hot sauce in a short time-span  
Now of course I had just had like a tsp or so of ghost along with like 2-3 tsps of scorpion like 5 hours before… but I doubt that stacked up much in terms of what caused the side-effects
 
So.. I guess my point is this didn’t kill me but uh… it did cause me to shake pretty significantly (for a few minutes, at least) and my heart to palpitate… and now I have to make sure to keep eating something (keep food in my stomach) for the next.. at this point about another hour or so otherwise I’ll probably throw up.. and also should move around minimally… just like 1 small snack bar every 20-30 minutes should do it… yeah… I over did it for how much I ate lol.. it was a pretty small burrito and didn’t have cheese

another thing is I think you can really only get so much heat at once in your mouth… sure, more might hit other places on the way down (lips, throat) but the MAIN thing it would affect more is the stomach and intestines… so if you’re trying to get a lot of heat in your mouth, pure cap is not the way to do it  
Like I had almost a tsp of Daves Gorumet ghost pepper and 2-3 tsps (scorpion one is better tasting so I had more of it) of the scorpion pepper version and I was thoroughly satisfied… but if I just had 1 drop of some stuff at 16 mil, I could say I definitely wouldn’t be satisfied  
Now I guess a tsp is like 30 drops so what I had would overall be more heat than 1 drop at 16 mil but you get what I mean  
The scorpion one is definitely better tasting but it’s like half the heat of the ghost pepper.. but part of the reason is because the scorpion one is really thick so they add a little water to it

While 1 drop wouldn’t kill, anyone who would taste it would obviously regret it.

1 drop of 16mil probably isn’t going to be toxic.. but like even a tsp (like very roughly 30 drops) can very well be harmful to the point of even death in a good percentage of people

yeah, that was actually along the lines of my thoughts as to what the TRUE origin of rainbows in cloudsdale, as opposed to the bs of Rainbow Factory.
 
Basically my idea of it is rather than THAT, they like literally use some kind of machinery/magic/both to naturally diffuse white light from the sun into it’s separate colors, then they somehow literally concentrate it into that physical liquid form.
 
Similar to what you had said, it’s quite possible a theory that if they make them that way, them being “spicy” actually makes sense, since it’s essentially concentrated light/sun.

It goes without saying. Rainbows are basically concentrated light, so it’d be like firing lasers through your mouth.
