This Second image is him during his campaign in his late teens. Around this time the empire had destroyed the Republicans and Aquelians… However, through Benitos Regency, compromise and federalization occurred in those regions. Along with The Imperial assembly becoming more empowered. Although the military replaced the higher chamber of the assembly and all pledged loyalty to the Emperor now more than ever after his basic training and general schooling in both ground forces engaging the enemy and planning for where the army is to hit and fall back. Being versed in both fields and befriending from all ranks has made him popular amongst his men but what made him prove his divinity and worthiness as emperor was him refusing to stay on the sidelines of battle. He would lead his people to victory directly with sword and gun.

The photo taken here is of him securing the upper echelons of Northern Griffonia. A joke about his fathers other sword was mentioned during a conversation before the photo, causing him to laugh when it was taken.

While uniting the continent is no easy task Grover treats his new subjects well, most local governments maintaining their rule and order. However the larger governments are mainly destroyed and even massacred. Grover does it himself with a special group of loyal dogs… he sees it as something he has to do. To end all griffon conflict and conflict on this continent there can only be one ruler at the top. All else can be delegated to local authorities.

The stress doesn’t get to him though, his dogs and his fellow soldiers aid and help him out, things are intimate and warm between him and the people he leads. So for now, all is well.
