This Third one is during his 20s: After conquering the entire continent of Griffonia. Grover Friedrich Eisenhardt VI (My version of his name) of The Griffonian Empire proclaims the creation of the Imperial Griffonian Riechswealth. A union of federated states under a Kaiser. However democracy is not inherent as the Imperial Assembly is filled instead with representatives from all the local provinces and military members. Much more government happenings abound but what is most shocking is his return to the lack of Royal expectations. In his new found victory years he’s more of a showing off type, less of wealth but more of himself. His palace is almost open to anyone and he usually strolls across the country wishing to do the same as he did in his youth: Helping people.

During the creation of the Imperial Riechswealth he commissions a new crown to represent the new Griffonian union. This photo is taken outside the new capital of Griffonstone behind the castle of Grover the I. Usually the castle itself is the home of the royal executive while the rest of the government migrates from city to city every 5 years. He designed his own royal coat for the photo and wears it at times to feel nice but usually has nothing underneath. He keeps his Iron cross for the award given to him by Benito before he resigned his regency upon Grover Victorious return and the Order of the Black Griffon given by his adopted step-father Gerlach for his devotion to his people and the state. Soon after the picture was taken though he opted to let the coat open showing off to the allure of some Diamond dogs nearby and the smirking of some of his old military friends. While he shows off a lot he still remains humble. Such as allowing commoners to meet him or sleep in the castle if trusted. He wears a uniform more in solidarity for his men he leads otherwise he would be more casual… Though rumor says he’s less then casual with clothes behind closed doors.

Most claim him to be a generally relaxed monarch. Assembly matters and the chancellory mainly deal with most imperial doings which is little given the federalization. However due to the localization no faction has enough power to break off and anyone that does somehow finds themselves befriended to the Emperor or overwhelmed with duties, reassignment, or the dreaded paperwork desk job.
