Thanks so much!
I drew the original artwork in Ibis Paint and then layered the blink frames on top. I just saved each as their own file and uploaded them to Lunapic, which combines pictures to make GIFs. :D You can mess around with frame timing and effects and stuff on it!
Wow! Such greatness and adorables for a few things to do.
