Wait…but why that song specifically? That song is about time travel, as is the theme for the concept album ‘Time’ that it was taken from.

It’s actually a cameo of another ongoing series called Ultra Muscle Girls from the original artist of the first Amazonian Effect.
I think it’s a pun on the Danganronpa spin-off game ‘Ultimate Despair Girls’, switching the name (but not the artwork) as all manga and anime shows do to avoid copyright issues.
