“I’d love to, darling, but I had such a long summer,” Rarity replied with a sigh as she began to fan herself. “I really just want to lay out in the sand and soak up the sunshine.”
But as Rarity searched for a comfortable place to rest, her younger sister was struggling to keep up, trying to lug around a ridiculously overfilled suitcase. “Hey, Rarity,” Sweetie Belle muttered aloud in between gasping breaths. “I’m happy that you’re… finally taking some time off from… working so hard on your designs… But maybe you can at least… Ugh!” She grunted angrily as tried to adjust her sweaty grip before blurting out what she had to say. “At least use that magical diamond shield thing to carry your things!”
“Oh, I’m sorry, but I forgot my geode at home,” Rarity said with a bashful smile. “Perhaps you can consider this another on-the-job training session.”
“I would if this wasn’t so heavy!” Sweetie retorted, nearly losing her balance.
“Well, just be thankful you don’t have to carry me around,” the bigger sister smirked.
