What I would have Starlight tell her younger self in the past to prepare that younger version of Starlight for a better future is that it’s perfectly fine to cry her true feelings out and possibly even want to be a filly a bit longer or again if she ever gets stressed out. That it’s perfectly fine to always be both young and to be a stinker rebel at both heart and in her mindset. Never for her to confine to what society believes to be normal if she does not really feel comfortable with that said normalcy.
