It’s not just the ambiance. There’s also the sounds of the prey being licked, her voice (even when screaming), and a couple other random sound effects that are practically inaudible if my volume is set at a reasonable level. Sure, she’s tiny, but I don’t think the volume difference should be that large.
@NanoMouse
There is a good logic for that, the place where the plot takes place is supposed to be Cloudsdale, that’s where Cozy Glow comes from, at night we usually hear the nocturnal wildlife depending on where you are, but Cloudsdale is in the sky, so really from night you would not hear any kind of nocturnal insect or frogs in a pond … you are in the sky after all x3
Anyway I have added that sound even though you really should not hear any of that and it would be quieter, surely the wind would be The only thing that you would hear at that point, day or night occasionally, therefore I feel that I made a mistake when putting night forest sound, but I think that is better that than a wind sound.
@Gamer_Shy
That’s not at all the case for me. Even if I have as low as it can be, while still just barely hearing the ambiance, licking, etc, it’s still way too loud once the swallowing noises come into play.
The sound in this is weird. Parts of it are totally silent, when it feels like they shouldn’t be. Mainly the licking at the start, and the part where she actually gets swallowed.
I actually like that, more immersive. I’m pretty sure it’s this loud when being swallowed. :P

not really… I just watched it at 50% volume and could hear everything just fine. Nothing too loud, nor quiet
Okay, cool, but that still means the other parts are FREAKISHLY LOUD.
Turn up your volume, there’s quiet background ambience
