“like a mix of comfort ice-cream and a good, lazy movie.”
-that´s a good one! :D
She doesn’t look; but she does listen, and she hears Spike’s thoroughly amused laugh, almost echoing up to the ceiling. The formula, to her, at least, never seemed to change. Twilight would be down in the dumps one day and her green-haired enigma of an assistant would be there, like a mix of comfort ice-cream and a good, lazy movie. In return she’d be there when he needed it, or at least, been there for the majority of times he was moving through his foul moods.
‘Honestly, Twi?’ his tone was more playful, more relaxed. She turned right over to him, seeing that casual glint in his eyes (Rather, deceptively casual glint, mind) and shared a twinkle of her own, a snicker escaping from the back of her throat, ‘That’s a really long stretch of imagination you got there.’
She couldn’t help it; Twilight actually laughed, smacking her companion softly with her forehand, now relieved of their previous duty in tending to Spike’s own. Spike grinned right back at her and grabbed his pillow, repelling her playful hits with it like a knight would arrows, the both of them laughing all the while.
Until Spike grabbed her by the wrists, both hands to the blanket’s soft texture.
She had a soft-looking pair of lips…
Depends on what she planned…
