Well, they’re referred to as the Mane 6 on Hasbro’s website and on the MLP YouTube channel. I don’t know if it’s used in-universe but it makes sense that they would use it on merchandise.

Sorry to ask but did they ever used the term “The Mane 6” in canon material before. IIRC it’s a term we bronies came up with for the G4 6 but maybe i’m remembering wrong
