Yeah I know but like I said in the other answers that the not having a leg part was supposed to be a way to show her having a disability (like she canonically has in the show) but without wings. (cause the original design didn’t have wings), so it was more of an active design decision.

Well in all fairness most of us do take cues from our environment and how we’re treated. Personally I’ve never really given Scootaloo a lot of thought truth be told.

As far as I know no mlp character is confirmed cis/trans maybe aside from the ones who had kids but even then in a magical world it would be hard to tell.

Don’t think that question was ever brought up. Could be either the writers never thought of it as a plot line or scootaloo is simply comfortable with who she is as a young pony.

I think more masc girls can still enjoy some feminity, just look at Smoulder! I think it suits her. Doesn’t even mean she has to be feminine all the time either way :3
