I think Dec 1 is the best.
The upper eyelashes are the ones that are really important. The lower eyelashes seem to be something an artist can omit without making something look weird, so thtat slipped under my nose without me noticing.
With so many different opinions on what styles seem best, it’s kind of head-spinning.
