You do realise it’s a spin off where everyone is in high school right? For all we know, charecter designs and events within them could differ massively from the show. I’m not even sure if they’re going to ‘remake’ any episodes of FIM.

And to all of you who are here because of that “Show” honestly, I don’t know about what they’re going to do with Spike. This doesn’t match the designs for the girls, which makes me question if this is at all connected with that show.
For all I care, this is just something someone made, to be cute, and have all us bronies admire. So let’s stop fussing about that goofy looking show, and just enjoy this cute design, regardless of what you’ve heard. There’s no proof yet, so stop the drama.

Besides if you compare the draw style of the humanize ponies and this doesnt fit…it would need to have almost the same proportions as the pets from LPS or similar.
