Nah. Blackmail is a bad way to socially engineer this. Blackmailed people generally have a bad opinion of those that blackmailed them and are likely to act irrationally.
 
The winning strategy (and Cozy is all about that) is for her to help. She tells you that there’s all this horrible stuff that could be found by just about anypony, then she tsks a little and asks if you want it to be gone. Now you’re not only complicit, but you’re in her pocket. You owe her for something nice she did for you. And she (obviously) still has the blackmail information to fall back on.
