I’ve always seen Pinkie Pie as the pony equivalent of Captain Jack Harkness. Princess Celestia never refers to her by name once during the entire series, and is uncomfortable looking directly at her.

Technically she could be any size her creator wanted. It’d take a lot more magic to make a bigger one though. Magic follows square/cube law: a portrageist twice the size of a normal one would require four times the magic to produce :D

She’s only as strong as a normal pony though, and she can’t leave the picture frame. While she could pull you in, she has only normal pony strength to do so and to keep you in there :D
