So Chrysalis’s intentions to feed her subjects also matter then. Good to know. And even then, what Discord did was still unjustifiable. He manipulated, lied to and gave false hope to three people who already got severely and in two cases too saverely punished for their crimes with the intent to have them fail. Where was his good intentions with them? Where was his good intentions when he did things a thousend years ago that made ponies remember him as having a heart as cold as stone? What was the good intention when he escaped his prison and when he sided with Tirek?

Um so wat about the war in her bad future that has implied to end in death have anything to do with feeding subjects. What about tireks mindless destruction in his bad future. And then we see discords bad future were he just has Celestia and Luna as his personal clowns. Sombra started ww2 in his bad future. Is this short term memory? Even with discords reign hes shown to be a lighter shade of black even back then when he was a villain in comparison. Nothing about getting these guys defeated while having good intentions can be considered ‘evil’ morally questionable maybe but evil is a strong world. @Smart Heart
