Would be the funniest thing if that comet is Princess Eris in fire after the events of Nightmare Knights… The only clue about chronology is NK is post-S7 and Cosmos’ Arc is post-S8…

Imagine if IDW references this in other comics.
The thought box needs to have different colours to make clear who is thinking in that situation. you could think that the text is understood and Cosmos is the only one who is thinking in that moment, but, in the whole arc, Discord was the narrator of the prologues of every single number.
Is hard to make it with a pink, purple, blue or any representative colour in the thought box of Cosmos?
Probably not
Probably the ending was so bad, they had to change it. They either killed Cosmos visibly on a panel or made somebody kiss or Hasbro figured out that writer is hurting Discords character too much and told IDW to cut this stuff out.
Why was it delayed so many times?
Just 3, this is not Doomsday Clock.
