Yes, technically through Cinch being the “step”mother raising Dolly, Dolly is her “step”great granddaughter - however, considering she isn’t related to her that way, Adagio would simply consider her a niece.
 
Fun Fact: Cinch’s granddaughter, Primrose is Adagio’s Great Great Granddaughter and being the daughter of Dolly’s older half-brother, Dolly is her aunt, despite the two being nearly the same age. So if you want a tangled family line look at Neighsay’s end.

She is, but the bios of Adagio’s kids revealed that Cinch is her granddaughter through her second youngest, Victory Belle.

So I assume this Silent Hill girl in the corner is in fact the real Jack.

Is that what this is saying? I thought Cinch was just Dolly’s stepmom.

So…we now have the revelation that Cinch is Adagio’s granddaughter…which makes Dolly her step-great-graddaughter…and her niece.
