The animators haven’t drawn Fleur’s magic aura in the series for an long time since her first appearance way back in Season 2 so it’s not surprising that they messed up her magic aura color and got the colors wrong.
 
The first time Fleur used her magic aura in Season 2 was way back in 2011, 8 years ago and Fleur wouldn’t use her magic aura again until 7 Seasons later into the series so you can easily see the reason why the animators messed up her magic aura color and got it wrong. They haven’t drawn Fleur’s magic aura in the series for 8 long years.
